Orders Construction Company Inc. has begun work on the culvert collapse at 17th Avenue. The temporary bridge has been removed and a new traffic pattern has been opened. The contract award is to install a new, permanent drainage system to carry Brier Branch (17th Avenue) underneath WV Route 20. Work will now begin on a permanent rerouting of the stream and closure of the old drainage structure. Thank you to the WV DOH for this improvement within our community.
